Alfonso Sidecar

ingredients

• 1.75 oz Alfonso I Brandy
• 0.5 oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Sugar (for glass rimming)
• Orange Peel Twist (to garnish)

directions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
• Rim a coupe or rocks glass with sugar.
• Double-strain the mixture into the glass; note may also be served over 1 large cube.
• Garnish with orange peel.
