Quattro Vicariati

Download Complete Production Notes

Quattro Vicariati (which approximately translates to the “Four Parishes”) is a limited production, high-quality Bordeaux blend arising from a tiny handful of vineyards in the Quattro Vicariati district of the Vallagarina Valley in north Italy’s Trentino region. Embracing the historic parishes of Ala, Avio, Brentonico and Mori, this area constitutes the southernmost extent of Trentino, and is considered by experts to enjoy optimum exposure and growing conditions for production of fine red wines.

Quattro Vicariati is crafted according to the highest standards of winemaking excellence and is produced under the auspices of Cavit, the result of a special initiative concentrating on territory-specific wines led by Trentino’s foremost wine producer. No other producer in Trentino enjoys greater access to resources and superb quality vineyard locations than Cavit.
