Altemasi Riserva Graal - Trento DOC Talento

Download Complete Production Notes

Possibly Italy’s most outstanding sparkling wine, Altemasi Riserva Graal originates in high-altitude vineyards in north Italy’s Trentino region. Here, in the foothills of the Dolomite Alps, soil, climate and vineyard exposure are ideally suited to production of outstanding sparkling wines.

In the 2005 Gambero Rosso Guide to Italian Wines, Italy’s premier wine review, Altemasi Riserva Graal was awarded the coveted Tre Bicchieri (Three Glasses) designation.

Altemasi Riserva Graal is made in small quantities, using the the “metodo classico” approach (the classic techniques practiced in the Champagne region of France). The result of a special initiative concentrating on territory-specific wines, it is crafted according to the highest standards of excellence and produced under the auspices of Cavit at the Cavit’s new, spectacular sparkling wine facility. No other producer in Trentino enjoys greater access to superb quality vineyard locations than Cavit, Trentino’s foremost wine producer.
