BLUE FISH from the sunny Pfalz region of Germany, is produced by Deutsches Weintor. This esteemed wine cooperative, with 50+ years of history, has over 400 winegrower families dedicated to the highest standards in their vineyards. In the winery, expert craftsmanship along with the most modern technology combined with experience, passion and attention to detail provide the foundation of these quality wines.

Blue Fish wines are presented in an eye-catching azure blue bottle decorated with colorful labels featuring the distinctive Blue Fish logo. Our signature Rieslings (Original Dry and Sweet) along with a Sweet Reel Red blend offer consumers an approachable and memorable range of wines.

Production Area
Pfalz, Germany From the vineyards of the sunny Pfalz, western Germany, close to the German border with Alsace.

Grape Varieties
95% Dornfelder 5% Cabernet Sauvignon Some of Germany’s most attractive red wines are mode wholly or in part from Dornfelder. It is a well-colored, juicy grape for short to medium term drinking.

Vinification
After late harvest, the grapes undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation, which creates and conserves the typical outstanding aromatics of this sweet red.

Color
A deep dark red with a bright ruby rim.

Seductive aroma of red fruits and vanilla

Taste
A richly textured wine with layers of dark black fruit, intense cherry and chocolate overtones accompanied by a delightful sweetness. Velvety and round with a touch of spice.
