The Pfalz region of Germany is prized for its climate: close to the Rhine, yet more southerly and slightly warmer, allowing ideal conditions for noble Riesling and Pinot Grigio grapes. The largest and most respected winery of the region, Niederkirchener Winemakers, is also among the oldest, having celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2001. The winery is gifted, not only with a wealth of traditional expertise, but the extensive resources available to such a large and successful enterprise. Niederkirchener has launched Blue Fish, an exciting new brand that showcases its expertise in producing extraordinary Riesling and Pinot Grigio.
