Ingredients

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas Rum PX
• 5 Chunks Muddled Pineapple
• .75oz Lime Juice
• .75oz Passion Fruit Monin® Puree 
• 4oz Ginger Beer

Directions

• In a mixing glass muddle 5 pineapple chunks.
• Add rum, lime juice, and passion fruit puree.
• Top with ice and shake vigorously.
• Add ginger beer to mixing glass.
• Strain into iced mule mug.
• Garnish and serve.
