Ingredients

• 1.4oz Darnley's View Gin
• .8oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• .8oz Simple Can or Gomme Syrup
• Vollereaux Champagne, chilled to top off

Directions

• Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well.
• Strain into a champagne flute or coupe and top with chilled champagne.
