  • 1oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
  • .5oz Lier Aperitif/French Pommeaux
  • .5oz Benedictine
  • .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .75oz Simple Syrup

Directions

  • Shake and strain into goblet with sugar rim and lemon peel.
  • Garnish with apple fan.
