Boulard Calvados VSOP

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
  • .5oz Thyme Syrup
  • .75oz Lemon
  • 1 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
  • 2oz Ginger Beer
  • 2oz Marquis de la Tour Brut

Directions

  • Combine Boulard, lemon, syrup, and bitters in a shaker.
  • Add ice and roll to combine flavors.
  • Top with ginger beer and Brut.
  • Pour all into highball glass.
  • Fill with additional ice if needed.
  • Garnish with lemon.
